The Postgraduate Research Seminar held its final gathering for the 2017/2018 Academic Year on the 3rd May. A large turn out enjoyed a great experience of scholarly sharing, energy and community.

Firstly, they listened to several papers that covered topics such as Conflict Resolution, Environmental Ethics and Contemporary Accounts of the Natural Law.

Then, in a new initiative advanced by the Director of Research, Dr Jeremy Corley, many students presented posters. The posters are visual way for postgraduates to share their current research. Topics were wide and varied. The posters led to a lot of energy and enthusiasm as people interacted with each other.

Finally, the evening finished with Vespers in St Mary’s Oratory, presided by the Director of Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Seamus O’Connell, and followed by an enjoyable meal together.
