Linacre Conference on Fertility, Infertility & Gender

The Linacre Centre for Healthcare Ethics is holding a two-day conference in St Patrick's College, Maynooth on Fertility, Infertility & Gender. The conference opens at 5.00pm on Wednesday 16th June, and closes with lunch on Friday 18th June.

Topics will include: Marriage, Population growth & control, psychological issues in gender identity.

Speakers will include: Fr Paul Mankowski, Professor Luke Gormally,  Dr Philip Sutton, Professor Alexander Pruss, Dr Dermot Grenham, Dr Kevin O’Reilly, Professor David Paton, Dr Phil Boyle, Dr Mary Geach, Fr Kevin Flannery, Elizabeth Marquadt.

It may be possible for participants to stay in Maynooth College the nights before and after the Conference - please contact the Conference Organiser, Gwen McCourt.

Bookings should be confirmed by sending us the completed booking form attached and payment within 6 weeks of booking. Cancellations before 1 May 2010 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund on cancellations notified after 1 May 2010; however, those needing to make such late cancellations may nominate another person to take up their booking.

Payment can be made in sterling by cheque, credit card (Mastercard/Visa), debit card (Switch, Delta), or by bank transfer. If you wish to pay in euros you may do so by cheque.
