Retirement of Phil & Mary O'Neill

Phil and Mary O’Neill have been managing the University Village Apartments since they opened for students in September 1991.  The O'Neills have the distinction of being the only married couple living on campus in recent years, and after seventeen years will leave campus to live in Leixlip.  

The College hosted a good-bye party for them in Pugin Hall on Monday 29th September 2008, where a large number of the College staff gathered to say good-bye.  They were joined by several of the retired members of staff, who welcomed Phil and Mary into their organisation.  Monsignor Hugh Connolly, President and Fidelma Madden, Bursar made presentations, and offered words of appreciation for seventeen years of faithful service.
