Seminary Soccer Trip
The Seminary Soccer team travelled to Augsburg in Germany to visit and meet with the seminarains and staff of Priesterseminar St. Hieronymus, Augsburg. Two Maynooth teams took part in a soccer tournament with seminarians from Augsburg, Regensburg and München. Our teams finished the tournamnet in first and fifth places.
We were given a great welcome by our hosts in the seminary for the Diocese of Augsburg and we are very grateful to the Rector, Fr. Martin Straub and especially the Spiritual, Fr. Herbert Kohler and all the staff and students for their hospitality during our visit to Bavaria.
