- Eucharistic Congress Symposium on The Eucharist, 6 - 9 June 2012
Maynooth College will host a major international symposium onThe Eucharist in the week prior to the Eucharistic Congress in Dublin in June. Over 200 delegates
have registered from 26 countries, with the Papal Legate, Cardinal Ouellet giving the opening address and Metropolitan Emmanuel of France, President of the European Council of Churches being among the distinguished speakers.
One-Day Registration is now possible.
- Rebuilding the Organ is the last major project in the
College Chapel
The organ has had two major rebuilds in its life, in the 1920's and in the 1970's. However, by now, a total rebuild is required.
The project will take two years. Some of the ranks will be totally replaced, while others will be voiced and polished, and returned to their setting on the Gallery in the Summer of 2013.

- Saint Mary's Oratory
Saint Mary’s Oratory was restored and conserved for the new Millennium. The main thrust of the plan was the alignment of all major liturgical points (tabernacle, celebrant’s chair, altar, ambo and organ) along the spine of the east-west axis.

1st March we celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Pugin, one of the most distinguished architects of the 19th Century, and designer of the classical neo-gothic buildings
of Saint Patrick's College, Maynooth.
A one-day conference celebrating his work and achievements will be held in the College on 12th September 2012.

The new issue of the Maynooth Theological Journal will be on sale in Pugin from 12.45pm to 2pm on Monday - Thursday (30 April - 3 May) for €4. This issue is also on sale in the Theology Office.

You are invited to a showing of three short (20 min) documentary films made by the famous Fr Joe Dunn, who studied theology in Maynooth in the 1950's and went on to produce hundreds of documentary films in the early days of Telefís Éireann.
This opportunity is made possible by the Maynooth Local History Group, and attendance is free. Donations invited.

- Come walk the Camino with us from Saint Patrick's College to Phibsboro
